Willard Best, 90, of Bringhurst, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Delphi. Willard was born to the late Willard F. and Olive M. Mantooth Best on August 6, 1929 in Greensburg, Indiana. On August 24, 1957 in Greensburg, Indiana Willard married Janet Payne and she survives. Willard and Janet enjoyed visiting casinos where they would play their favorite games.
