Phyllis A. Reef Harmon, 84, of Cutler, went to her eternal home with her Lord and Savior Sunday, April 11, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Delphi, IN. Phyllis was born to the late Ray and Margaret Ball Reef on September 7, 1936 in Logansport, IN. Phyllis married Medford D. Harmon in 1954 in Cutler. She was a nurse’s aide at area nursing homes and hospitals and the Veterans Home in West Lafayette. In 1975 she moved to Pennsylvania and worked in the textile industry and moved back to Carroll County in 2000. She was a 1954 graduate of Cutler High School. Family will receive friends Friday, April 16, 2021 at Wheeler Family Funeral Home-Baker Chapel, 204 S. Center St, Flora, IN 46929 from 12:00 PM to time of Celebration of Phyllis Harmons life at 1:00 PM. Burial to follow at Ball Hill Cemetery, Cutler. Memorial donations may be given to donor’s choice in memory of Phyllis.
