About Us

Family owned and operated,  Wheeler Family Funeral Home is committed  to continue the tradition of excellence started by the Carters in 1936 and carried on by the Bakers. We want to build on that foundation, and also look into providing some new services.

A funeral provides an opportunity for the family and friends to share in the loss of their loved ones by expressing their love, respect and grief. It gives people a chance to face openly, and realistically, the crisis that death presents.  Through the funeral ceremony, the bereaved take the first firm steps toward adjusting to their loss.

Steve & Ginny Wheeler

It is the mission of the Wheeler Family Funeral Home to assist in the recognition of the memory and value of a life lived and to provide a meaningful way for your family and community to celebrate your loved one. In doing this we will service and care for each family, in your time of need, with the same respect and compassion we would offer our own family.
